Description
Hasta is a man found in the Rotting Cellar of the Water-works, in Moria. He is curious about a strange substance that has begun to emerge among the foetid pools.

Historical Note
Hasta was present as a questgiver in the original release of The Lord of the Rings Online: Mines of Moria, and was likely originally a dwarf. However, he was removed following the first half of the Moria revamp in Update 7: Shades of the Past, and did not reappear until the emergence of the Legendary Servers. As such, he can only be encountered either on preview or legendary servers.
