Effect Information
The Lore-master's pets have a chance to apply this effect to their target. Only the pet's master may consume these Flanked! effects to empower their own abilities. Once a Lore-master uses an ability that takes advantage of this effect, it is consumed. There is no limit to the amount of flanks your pet creates.
When specialized in Master of Nature's Fury, the skills 
Minor Pet Command and 
Major Pet Command apply this effect to the enemy target.
Lore-masters can take advantage of a target being flanked in the following ways:
Staff Strike and 
Lightning-charged Staff Strike -- deals bonus damage
Wizard's Spark and 
Lightning Strike -- applies Spark of Alacrity to the Lore-master
Wizard's Frost -- heals yourself
Armour Set Interactions
Equipping both pieces of the Insignia of the Shagâni Storm-caller jewellery set acquired from the Legacy of Morgoth Instance Cluster makes 
Staff Sweep apply this effect to all targeted enemies.
