Description
Eldamacil Nailion was the second son of King Eärendur of Arnor. When Eärendur died without officially naming an heir, Arnor was divided between Eldamacil and his brothers, Amlaith and Tarondor II. As the first King of Rhudaur, Eldamacil took or received the name Nailion. He was honored with a statue in the city which much later became Garth Agarwen, and his memorial can still be seen there.
Later in his life, Nailion killed his brother Tarondor II, the king of Cardolan.
