Edhelnir is the Master of Crafting Guilds for Ost Galadh in Mirkwood, and he is found inside the crafting hall not too far from the Stable-master just southeast of it.

A Master of Crafting Guilds allows crafters to join a crafting guild and directs them to the selected Guild-hall for further instructions and training.
