Eastfold Hills Deluxe Houses are the most common premium houses available in Eastfold Hills Homesteads as part of the player housing system.

Each neighbourhood contains eleven addresses. Nine regular Deluxe Houses, described below, one Mead Hall (see Deluxe Mead Hall), and one Deluxe House with a unique feature (see Deluxe House with Tower).

The floor plan of the house is two exterior doors, each leading in to adjoining rooms. At the end of the road leading to the house is the main (front) door. Around the right side of the house is the the side door. The rooms on the ends have stairs down to a three-room basement. The room in the middle has stairs up to a one-room loft. Each house has a different yard configuration. Unlike Kingstead Meadows Homesteads, the Eastfold Hills Homesteads houses do not have a detached barn. The purchase costs are between 422 / 17 Writs and 534 / 22 Writs with maintenance costs from 1 to 1 100 .

Each Eastfold Hills Deluxe House comes with 142 decoration hooks, 17 lighting hooks, and 31 exterior hooks.
