Dwarf Brigands are Dwarves who attack outsiders on sight. The most infamous of these may be the Dourhands of Ered Luin, though many Dwarves in the Plateau of Gorgoroth are also hostile.
They are found in places such as
- The Low Lands and Kheledûl (Ered Luin)
- Pinglade (The Shire)
- Ost Galumar (North Downs)
- Mithrenost (Lone-lands)
- Gabilazan (Misty Mountains)
- Udûn and Lûghash, the Flaming Spire (aka Oath-taker's Horn) in Dor Amarth on (The Plateau of Gorgoroth)
