Description
Chatty Hobbits are found throughout the eastern Green Hill Country in the Shire, during the Farmers Faire skirmish: "The Perfect Picnic". These gossips will delay adventurers on the road to the perfect picnic spot, and it is thus advisable to avoid them while escorting Penny.
