Effect Information

This effect is applied by Bahádring the Unmindful in the Legacy of Morgoth 6-Man Instance Tûl Zakana, the Well of Forgetting.

On Tiers 1 and 2, the effect stacks up to 5 times, and is only applied to the Tank.

On Tier 3, the effect stacks up to 10 times, and can be applied to all members of the fellowship.

These stacks are removed by entering the Well of Forgetting.
