Effect Information
This effect is found on certain Warband and Scourge of Gorgoroth leaders with followers, once 50% of their followers have been defeated. See Bloodpack (Tier 3) for the initial state.
The effect is reduced to Bloodpack (Tier 1) on further damage to the Warband.
