Effect Information
This effect is found on certain Warband and Scourge of Gorgoroth leaders with followers, once 75% of their followers have been defeated. It is a reduced form of Bloodpack (Tier 2). See Bloodpack (Tier 3) for the initial state.
The effect is reduced to Packless when all followers are defeated.
