Effect Information
This effect is applied on Daiko, Right Hand of Forgetting and Bauko, Left Hand of Forgetting in the Legacy of Morgoth 6-Man Instance Tûl Zakana, the Well of Forgetting.
The effect starts on Daiko, Right Hand of Forgetting. When a Boss uses the ability Brother's Bellow, this effect is moved to the other Boss, and the 
Brother's Keeper effect is swapped as well, so that each Boss has a different buff.
