Bill Shakesburrow is found inside the Festival Theatre at Winter-home in Frostbluff.
He is the owner of the Green Lilly Inn in the Shire and is also the director of G.L.O.B.E. (Green Lilly Orators, Bards, and Entertainers), an acting company put together to entertain his customers. Following its success, he's taken it on the road and can be seen holding performances in Winter-home for the Yule Festival.

Real Life Inspiration
Bill Shakesburrow's name is a play on English poet and playwright, William Shakespeare. Similarly, the G.L.O.B.E is a reference to the Globe Theatre which Shakespeare part-owned and wrote plays for.
