Description
Bánor was one of the Thandrim, the Gondorian garrison of Durthand, the Black Shield (now known as Durthang). Cut off from Gondor when the forces of Mordor captured the Morannon, the Thandrim slowly starved until they were approached by Ugrukhôr and offered safe passage for their surrender.
