It seems that the Angmarim may at best be searching for something, or perhaps simply meddling in the conflicts between the Lossoth and the Gauredain. A full-strength invasion does not seem to be their purpose in Forochel -- at least, not yet.

Locations

Two good spots to hunt Angmarim are listed below:

There are about 50-60 Angmarim along the ice shores of Jä-rannit^{[15.6N, 66.5W]} and Itä-mâ^{[14.8N, 66.8W]}. Look for multiple clusters of 2-3 Angmarim along the shoreline, and slay individual Angmarim while waiting for the clusters to respawn.
Around 21 Angmarim in and around Reodh Fuil ^{[16.8N, 63.0W]} along the road to the Ironspan (+3 dread in this area) ^{[17.0N, 59.3W]}.

There are additional Angmarim along the road of Jä-rannit, starting at ^{[17.9N, 64.2W]} if traveling east out of Sûri-kylä. However, they are relatively spread out.
