This plant is found throughout Middle-earth, but is readily found in the Old Forest and throughout Bree-land, The Shire, Ered Luin, and North Downs. There is a spawn point of Yarrow Root on the eastern bank of the lake in Nen Harn ^{[22.7S, 41.0W]}.
