The road to the Maudhúl Târ Overlook is at [42.5S, 8.5E]. The encampment is guarded by Mordor Orcs and has 100 Shadow of Mordor. Some of the Orcs can be avoided, but others will aggro if you approach a banner spot. There is a Rare Mordor Chest near the top of the Overlook. [43.5S, 8.9E] It is possible to drop down from the outcropping at the end of the camp without suffering incapacitation by misadventure. "This looks like a good location to plant a banner of Gondor."
