Signoth has evidently left a number of letters to his sons hidden in the house which may settle the matter of the confusing will.

- Should both Sigun and Sigmar find this letter together, then the house and land remain bequeathed to both sons, not as a punishment, but as a father's last wish that his sons should get along. I hope it is the latter.

- 'It looks to me like you are the new owner of Signoth's estate. Good! Now, go lock it up, and tell those two fools to get moving!'
