Effects
Using this skill causes 
Oathbreaker's Shame and 
Renewed Defences to be applied to an enemy target.
Note that the Renewed Defences effect prevents re-application of the effect on the same target for 45 seconds.
Tactical Information
This skill applies a debuff to an enemy target making it receive +35% of all damage types dealt by everyone who attacks it. It is especially useful for maximizing damage to an enemy quickly at a crucial moment in a fight. It is most effective in a group setting: if communicated well, other players can save their most damaging skills for the moment Oathbreaker's Shame is used so the skill has the highest impact possible.
This skill is often vocally referred to as "Oathies".
