Location
Kranklob is the second and last boss of the 3-man instance Warg-pens of Dol Guldur in Mirkwood. She is found in the second part, at the end of the cave.

Tactics
If you want to complete hard mode, someone should aggro the wargs one by one, let them eat the meat slabs and kill them. Since Kranklob deals much damage and the healer can have a hard time healing two persons, the tank should kite her around the pillar near the entrance as long as wargs are being awakened. After all slabs are eaten, all can focus on Kranklob. When you bring Kranklob's morale down a few thousand, she will let out a howl and a group of wargs will wake up and attack. If these wargs get near Kranklob, she will get a large heal.
