Edhelnir is the Master of Crafting Guilds for Ost Galadh in Mirkwood and he is found inside crafting hall not to far from the Stable master just south east.

A Master of Crafting Guilds allows crafters to join a crafting guild and directs them to the selected Guild-hall for further instructions and training.
