Effect Information
This effect is activated periodically on Zholuga in Dâr Narbugud. It can be removed by a Brawler, Burglar, Hunter, or Lore-master by clicking a Blue Runed Pedestal.
While in Blue Stance, Zholuga will periodically spawn Caster's Banes, Defender's Banes, and Fighter's Banes, which will debuff characters.
