He is primarily found as a quest-giver at the Hall of the Huntsman in Enedwaith [72.8S, 24.3W].
He also serves as an arbiter during the endings of both the Lich Bluffs instance Father of Our Lament, and the Dunland instance Rise and Fall.

The Huntsman is a Maia known as Oromë in Quenya, to the Elves.
