This item drops from the baskets or chests at the end of any [[Seasonal Instance]]. Five tokens drop from each of the solo, small fellowship, fellowship and raid versions of the instance for a total of 20 tokens daily per character.

It can be traded with [[Verbena Greenhand]] for items during regular festivals and [[Games-master]] during Anniversary Festival.
