Westemnet Scouts are riders of Rohan found throughout many of the settlements of the Westemnet, serving as quest vectors for the various ridings of West Rohan. One particular important scout can be found at Oserley in the Broadacres, having returned from a patrol. ^{[46.0S, 67.0W]}

Once all vector quests for West Rohan are done however, they disappear from the various towns.
