Effects
Using this skill causes War-speech to occur on yourself.
Tactical Information
This skill toggles a stance that denies access to all fellowship heals and changes normal heals to become self-only. (Note: Before the release of Rise of Isengard, War-speech added a healing penalty, which is no longer the case.)
It also allows the use of Call to War skills (Call of Oromë, Call of the Second Age, and Call to Fate), which are some of the Minstrel's highest damage-dealing skills, and it changes the effects of using the Melody of Battle, Anthem of the Third Age, Major Ballad, and Coda.
