Hi there! If you'd like to ask questions, the best place to start would probably be on the forums (you'll have to register separately from your Lotro-Wiki account). Regarding the lottery, I think it's been down/broken for a while - you can check this page here for some info about it. People are saying it's disabled until Turbine finishes migrating all the EU servers and data, though, so it might be a while before we get to use it again. About the lottery, its been taken offline until all the data from the former EU servers has been migrated into my.lotro and is working. Sapience said the other day that they hope to have that done by the weekend. Once everyone is able to take part, they will start the lotteries again.
