At the bottom of the edit box click on the triangle: Template used in this section:
Click on "edit" in the exposed string: emplate:Special Events (edit)
I have added in the 2015 link for the farmers faire. I also couldn't see the templates in use when I edited the references heading directly, it appeared when I edited page instead
