Advice
Nanu, Thanks for adding stuff, you have already got to some things I was going to add in the higher level areas. You're doing a great job and we all appreciate it. I'm just going to pass on a couple of tips Rogue gave me when I started. Keep up the good work though and don't be afraid to ask Rogue or I for help, I only learned by asking.

Advice from Rogue
- Looks good so far, just a couple things, Type: Medium Armour - whatever is after type is put under that category, so there's no need to put the same under categories. Also, the Binds are BoA (Acquire), BoE (Equipped)... those are the two main ones.. check the Tooltip talk page for more details. Also, flavor = description (if it has one) and the sell = items worth that you see while vendor = what the vendor sells it for if they do. Other than those tips, thanks and great job. The article name has to be Item:<Item Name> for the template to work correctly. https://lotro-wiki.com/index.php/Item:Golhador%27s_Vest.
- Thanks Ispbard, looks like I need to restate some stuff though. Items begin with Item: for articles and we use Template:Item Tooltip for all items not
Template:Infobox Item. Also, quest names are reflected as in game, but most of the time capital letters for all words except "the, and, for, etc". Please fix the item pages you created! Thanks. :) Rogue 20:06, 28 March 2009 (UTC)
Thanks for all the tips. I went back and fixed the latest items that I have added. I did have one question though. How do I extract the images from lotro for items? How do I upload those images to the wiki? Thanks Nanu
- To upload the icons for items: first take a screenshot in-game of the item. Then open that screenshot into an imaging program. Some people use paint and others use Photoshop. You crop the icon out of the image using the crop tool or selection tool. The size of icons must be 32x32 pixels and the format is File_Name-icon.png. Or if you don't want to do that you can put {{IN}} at the top of the page which categorizes it for needs icon and someone else will do it for you. Rogue 20:36, 29 March 2009 (UTC)
Category:Moria Central Halls Quests
Hi NanuLinda. Thanks for revising some of my articles, but I wonder why did you remove the content on the Category:Moria Central Halls Quests, and the reason you did change the questgroup value in the forester instances quests template. This value was meant to reflect the quest group in the journal, and I am pretty sure that prior to the least patch, all the quests in that instances where in the Moria Central Halls group. Of course, they may have changed with the last patch, but unless they did remove the whole category of quests, there is no reason to clear the Category. -- Ahrien 8:29 May 5th, 2009
- I double-checked it this morning, and the forester instance quests are still in the Moria Central Halls category in the quest journal, so I rolledback your changes. -- Ahrien 9:01, 7 May 2009
