Quest Levels

FYI -- All quests Levels are simply "design points." They are not hard and fast requirements. It indicates the general difficulty level of the Creatures or Mobs encountered during the completion of the quest.
  • Theoretically, all quests can be acquired 5 levels below the stated level of the quest.
