You can go into the quest log, check "Show Completed Quests" and see the rewards offered to you. When you hover over the reward, the item tooltip will pop up (it may be a bit slower than usual). I hit "H" to detach the tooltip. You can have up to 4 detached tooltips, which I position so they do not overlap - then do a screen shot.

I have Hunters, a Champion, a Guardian, and a Warden with LIs. The rewards for some of the classes still need to be filled in on Quest:Chapter 9: A Weapon of the Elder Days. The reward choices are different depending on your class.

I also use the Opaque skin - from the lotrointerface web site - so the background of the tooltips is constant, and the anti-aliasing does not mess with the icons.

I always take my screen shots of LIs before I identify them.
