Epic Battles

• I liked what you did, so I took your basic format for Helm's Deep: Helm's Dike and Helm's Deep: The Deeping Wall and propagated them as boiler-plate to the other 3.

The idea being to keep all 5 pages "looking the same" overall.

• I modified Template:Infobox Instances and updated the doc page to account for the new combinations found with the Epic Battles instances.
• I also sorted out the Category names (to match those generated by the template).

• I stuck "questboxes" around the Walkthroughs simply to shorten the pages.

I expect that these will be expanded with comments about how the Epic Battles play out with level 10 toons vs level 40 vs level 95, etc.
