Hi Daryan! As you might have noticed, I reverted some of your changes of rune-keeper skills. We do not put values in the tooltip, because they are different for each level. You could perhaps put these values below the skill tooltip instead, although this is questionable, because legendary weapons and personal stats have such a big impact on these numbers. Either way, we could use some help with skills, so be welcome at the lotro-wiki! --Ravanel 15:23, 3 February 2011 (EST)
