Hey Bonzesquire, and a belated welcome to the wiki. Good work on the Fornost page! I reverted your changes of the Talk page. No worries, just a small thing: the checklist works a bit different than you thought. If you are done with a certain part, you can make the text bold, but you should not change the percentage. Otherwise "Total" would work out as more than 100%! If you are done with the "Overview", simply change 20% into '''20%''' (so it becomes bold) and update "Current" to the right percentage. Again, this all is not so important, just thought you might wanted to know since you are so much into instances. Keep up the good work! --Ravanel 10:00, 27 February 2011 (EST)

Signing on talk pages

Heya,
I saw your changes to Helegrod. First of all, I recommend to use the Add Topic button at the top right corner of each talk page and I recommend to "sign" your comments with --~~~~ (there is also a [1] button which adds that for you). I also recommend to add a : to the beginning of each answer; this will add a tab and people have it easier to read what you wrote.
Regarding the tactics, I can't tell me you more than go into our IRC Channel and ask for help there. Most of the people there have a lot of experience with the game (me being one of the few exceptions ;)) --EoD (talk) 10:26, 16 August 2011 (EDT)

Er... Got your add topic, and I will do that. What do all those lines do exactly??? And do I really need to type all that just to add it? I am new to the world of wiki editing as you can see by my constantly messing things up. Whenever you see someone writing their name and the date and time after a comment, they're using the four tildes (~~~~). If you're using an American English keyboard layout, that key should be to the left of the 1, above Tab. It makes it a lot easier to sign your talk pages instead of writing out "---- Bonzeesquire 11;09, 19, August, 2011." :) When you save the page, the wiki software automatically changes that ~~~~ to your signature, which you can set in your preferences menu. The amazing Bonzesquire

I have been promoted! I read the rules of ninja rights, and I have to say. I am pretty confused about some of them. Could someone tell me what they mean?? --Bonzesquire (talk) 19:59, 25 August 2011 (EDT)

I'll try and explain some of them:

• Edit the user interface - not sure, but I think it may mean you can make changes to the different skins people can choose for the site?
• Mark others' edits as patrolled (patrol) - on the recent changes page, you'll notice some edits have a red "!" next to them. These are edits that haven't been patrolled (checked by another user to see they're not spam etc) yet. You are able to mark other user's edits as patrolled.
• Rollback edits performed by the last user to the previous user on a page - if a user has made several edits to a page you want to revert, you can undo them all up to the last edit by a different user.
• Change protection levels and edit protected pages - you can protect pages so only logged in users/administrators can edit it.
• Perform captcha triggering actions without going through the captcha - you can do things like add an external link to a page without having to enter the captcha before the edit is submitted.

Another thanks from me, this time for the new Fornost instance work/polishing you do. One thing though: Never ever hesitate to correct the mistakes I leave behind, I am not English native tongue, and neither am I infallible ;) Some location I have not visited .. yet, hence I sometimes edit from what makes sense, and of course that will turn wrong at times, hopefully lesser errors though.
