Bio
Feldomir is a minstrel of one-hundred seasons on the Arkenstone server. He is a member of the kinship The Last Great Alliance. He currently resides in Thorin's Hall Homesteads at 3 Low Street, which is open to weary travelers. Feldomir grew up in Mirkwood with his father Feldomar and Sescelia whom were both traders. At the age of ten Feldomir began to play the lute and learn music theory, excelling quickly. Within a year Feldomir was playing any instrument he could get his hands on as well as composing his own songs, ballads, and hymns. After a few years of nurturing his son's gift, Feldomar suggested to Feldomir that he enroll in The Minstrels of the King Thranduil's Court, and so he did at the age of 15.
In his youth, Feldomir was too young to venture with the elves of Mirkwood but he did write the Hymn for Battle "Silvan Deno'Erebor" (Silvans upon the Lonely Mountain), in remembrance of the Battle of the Five Armies. Older minstrels performed the hymn in battles, and it bolstered many a wood elf, including Thranduil and his son Legolas. In return they were very grateful to Feldomir and named him "Dagora Maquissar" (Battle Minstrel).
As the years went on Feldomir took up a sword, trained his minstrel skills, learned the speech of war, and he served his king's court in anyway he could. Once Feldomir reached adulthood at the age of 50 he set out, with good blessings from his prince and king, to aid the land of Middle-Earth during the time of Sauron in anyway he could. His paths have crossed again with Legolas many times, as well as that of Aragorn and the other members of the fellowship of the ring.
Currently Feldomir is serving the people of Gondor, namely the citizens of Dol Amroth. He has one-hundred seasons of adventuring and is now 55 years old. He can usually be found fighting alone, or relaxing somewhere that has a good view. You can view some of his adventures in his journal, "A Minstrel's Journeys".
