Others about Seburga
Grandma Seburga is the head of the Silver thistles. She is the mother of Marlutar and the grandma of the two girls Sebohra and Sebranda, as well as Sebylla's Great Aunt. Grandma is an RP character to build the Silverthistle family and at the same time a passionate in-game musician as a member of the band ›The Silver Thistles‹. She is the oldest member of the ›Silver Thistles‹ and mainly plays the drum. Grandma is usually online when

Skills
Since the character is mainly meant for making music, the skills are not that great either. The craft is still at the very beginning, mentor book and bard skills are a goal, which is still far away. Battles are avoided as much as possible and the distribution of class points and equipment has been neglected so far.
Roleplay
For the role-playing game on the Belegaer server, a fairly extensive family tree has been created with the usual extensive family relationships for hobbits. To give the reader an overview, just click on the adjacent family book and you will be taken to the page of the Silberdistel family with a detailed description of the family tree. The families that are still in evidence are currently scattered throughout the Shire, in Bree and in Stadel. Only the members of the band 'The Silverthistles' (see below) are regularly to be found. Seburga appears in the role play as part of the 'The Silver thistles' band and as a resolute granny at the granny evenings and various inspection visits to the Ivy bush tavern. The chat evenings of the two grannies Tagetes Flinkfuss and Seburga Silberdistel always take place on the first Friday of every odd-numbered month in the tranquil Lindental, at Kreidestraße 6 (formerly Bei Brammel). Discussion evenings are held here, some of which are philosophical in nature, and the food is always excellent and plentiful.
Music
Some particularly musical members of the large Silberdistel family first got together to make music at home and, over time, formed the band 'The Silver Thistles' under the direction of cousin Sebylla. The Silver Thistles perform every other Tuesday, alternating with the Harfenschlags on the stage in front of the 'Prancing Pony' in Bree. In 1422 AZ, three more members of the musical Flinkfuss family joined the group. We now play as an octet at the Tuesday concerts and the major events announced in the Auenland Messenger. Nevertheless, the Silberdisteln still play with the old line-up - especially later in the evening - because the Twiens are no longer allowed on stage after the tenth hour in most villages.
The band includes the following permanent members:

- Sebohra, the younger of my granddaughters
- Sebranda, the older of my granddaughters
- Marlutar, my son
- Mairad Birnhaag, the editor-in-chief of the Auenland Bote and our singer (since 1422 SR)
- Opalinchen, Mairad's little niece, a twien who is particularly good on the plucked instruments (since 1422 SR)
- Hebiadoc, a somewhat peculiar fellow, but he blows the horn and bassoon like anything else (since 1422 SR)
In addition, there are several major concerts a year that are based on a specific theme. These are announced in good time in the Auenland Boten and in the Südviertel. Here is a selection of some of the posters:
My story
Click on the picture with the book if you want to find out more about Grandma Seburga's life. This is a fictional, but largely Lore-appropriate life of the character, which is always taken into account in the role-playing game. The characters refer to the Belegaer server, but the story itself could also be set on any other server.
