Here are the release notes for Update 28.2.2, released on Wednesday, January 6th, 2021.

News and Notes:

Items

• Stats have been boosted for Tier 2 and 3 Legendary Item titles found at levels 115 and lower.
• Physical Mastery and Tactical Mastery values have been reduced on Tier IV Legendary Item Titles. Known issue: These values were over-reduced from ~40k -> ~16k. In a future patch, these values will be lifted slightly to ~30k.

Quests and Adventure Areas

• Duo Mode has been restored to the following three-person Instances:
  • Gath Daeroval, the Shadow-roost
  • The Harrowing of Morgul
  • Gorthad Nûr, the Deep-barrow
  • Eithel Gwaur, the Filth-well
  • Glimmerdeep
  • Caverns of Thrumfall
  • Askâd-mazal, the Chamber of Shadows

Misc

• Corrected an issue that was causing some English text to display instead of German in the German game client.
• Removed an error in the French client with the phrase "Doomfold Armaments".
• Various smaller typo and grammar corrections.
