Trolls can oft be found disturbing the still silence of Khazad-dûm, setting the walls and floors to shaking as if the earth itself was trembling in wrath.

This is a difficult (i.e. time consuming) deed to complete. Locations to advance this deed are in :

The fastest way and best location is to combine this deed with Brutes of the Grand Stair, so enter the Grand Stair, head left after killing Ilzkâl the Pummeler, and head right down the stairs to find some trolls. There are 11 trolls here. You can then leave the instance and reset it for several re-runs.
Alternatively, you can combine this deed with Blinded by Fire in the Forges of Khazad-dûm. The 7 killable trolls are at the very end of the dungeon.
Trolls are also uncommonly found throughout the Foundations of Stone. Sadly, one must wander back and forth through the area in the during the NIGHT-time phase to encounter more trolls, and even then there are very few.
There is 1 Troll in Lothlórien who also count towards this deed, which respawns in 70s. ^{[8.3S, 73.8W]}
