Using the skill 
Trick: Dust in the Eyes applies this effect to all targeted enemies. Only 1 Trick may be active on an enemy at a time. When empowered by 
Trickster, the effect is applied to all targeted enemies, and stacks with other Tricks, even though the tooltips don't reflect it.
The tracery Dust in the Eyes Miss Chance increases the potency of this effect by up to 6.6%.
The trait 
Playful Mind increases the duration of this effect by up to 9 seconds. The tracery Tricks Duration & Resistance Penetration increases the duration of this effect by up to 16.5 seconds.
