Effect Information
Using the skill 
Trick: Counter Defence applies this effect to the enemy target. Only 1 Trick may be active on an enemy at a time. When empowered by 
Trickster, the bottom effect is applied to all targeted enemies, and stacks with other Tricks.
The trait 
Trick: Counter Defence makes this effect grant -2% Critical Chance.
The trait 
Playful Mind increases the duration of this effect by up to 9 seconds. The tracery Tricks Duration & Resistance Penetration increases the duration of this effect by up to 16.5 seconds.
