Plus one of the following quests Hard Tack Event: Special Brew , Hard Tack Event: Special Meal, or Hard Tack Event: Special Snack must be underway at objective 3. These quests which are required to complete the deed, are only available during Hard Tack of Thorin's Hall Craft Event located in Ukhbab-gairu, Vault of the Great Forge in Thorin's Gates outside of Thorin's Hall.
