Description
Teitur is found at Anazârmekhem in the Flaming Deeps. He is the youngest of Narfi's three brothers (the elder two being Avar and Pálmar). The brothers have been working to contain the orcs of Moria and prevent them from besieging the elves of Lothlórien- a matter of both principle and practicality. Teitur has charge of the orcs in Fil Gashan and is based at Anazârmekhem.
