I think there should be Quest associated with the instance and tier, upon first completion of it you will get the deed. --Drono (talk) 06:32, 30 September 2021 (UTC)

Do you mean Quest:Durin's Bane and the Unslain? That's at the end of the Azanulbizar Chapter quests. If you just walk up to the door you get the disco and can complete the deed by doing the raid. OTOH, if you already did the raid by the time you get this quest, you'll have to do it again, lol. Acatlover2 (talk) 01:17, 7 October 2021 (UTC)

When you open and enter the instance, you will get a quest - Quest: The Fall of Khazad-dûm -- Tier X afaik, every instance has an instance quest like this. The deed is granted upon completing this quest for the first time. These quests does not have their pages created on the wiki yet. --Drono (talk) 07:35, 7 October 2021 (UTC)

Also regarding your edit note on the page, Note that only the set bonus of the t2, t3 armour will be deactivated upon reaching level 135, but t1 does not drop pieces for these slots, so you might want to use them even without the set. I would argue higher tier will be still similarly popular if not more, since it will allow people get the deeds easier for completionism. --Drono (talk) 07:53, 30 September 2021 (UTC)
