The easiest method I found of obtaining Kindred with this faction is by accepting the repeatable quest Mushroom for Rivendell from Iorelen's Camp, progressing in The Rift of Nûrz Ghâshu until you can pick up the Curtamusgan, continuing to the Eldgang camp to accept the quest The Threat of Fire, and finishing the rest of the raid, omitting Thaurlach if needed. This route will net over 10,000, possibly 15,000 reputation and can be completed twice a week in about 15 or 20 minutes depending on your level.
