Interaction typo

I just saw someone encounter this chap on YouTube and he announces himself with a copy of Thane Utred's dialog: "Hail, friend of the Riddermark. I am Thane of this keep; what business have you here?" I searched for the text but I could only find it on Langhold and on Thane Utred. There doesn't seem to be a standard place for this kind of text, as this NPC doesn't have any "conversation" to offer: should it be added when it gets corrected?
