Settlement v Area

Settlements are normal places where fee-peoples live, or where they offer services, such as a camp. While technically the was a settlement of the free people, in the current time it is similar to Carn Dum which was also an old fortress of men, which is set up in the wiki as a area. Minas Morgul does not offer services, other than the camp in one of the towers, which has its own page. It is definitely not a place of the free peoples. This appears on area map in the same way as other areas, which meets the criteria for an area.

I have therefore changed the classification of Minas Morgul to Aware instead of settlement. Noddi (talk) 02:43, 6 March 2021 (UTC)
