Just a note. This formula is no longer correct with the revision to Fate in update 10.1. So far, any numbers are only speculated on..

I updated the page with an estimated formula found at https://forums-old.lotro.com/forums/showthread.php?507217-Fate-and-Update-10.1&p=6736500#post6736500 (sorry, the stupid cat capcha wouldn't let me post the link correctly). Based on other posts verifying the accuracy of the formula, I would say that it's at least close enough to leave in there with the Accuracy stub at the top for safe measure. (I didn't post but it did also match up with a few numbers I pulled from the game as well.) SnDragon (talk) 17:56, 8 April 2013 (EDT)
