Piece of Armour's name

I think the correct name for the pieces is Dúngon or not? Gilmo (talk) 21:41, 3 August 2011 (EDT)

Just checked in game, this is interesting. The Epic (teal) quality items have no accents over "Dun," but the Rare (purple) items do ("Dún---"). Tsk tsk, Turbine, and good catch Gilmo. I'm guessing they all should be "Dún-" for "West-" in Sindarin. Not sure if we want to correct them or just wait for Turbine to fix it. Sethladan 00:01, 4 August 2011 (EDT)
To clarify, that's an acute accent over the u, like in Dúnedain. Sethladan 00:03, 4 August 2011 (EDT)
I think that the better option is to keep "Turbine's way", since they will probabilly read the in-game name and then check the wiki eheh. And sorry for the ù, edited the previous error so it's clear. Gilmo (talk) 00:11, 4 August 2011 (EDT)
No problem - I usually have to squint to tell the difference between ú, ù, and û whenever I see an accent, heh. I second keeping faithful to the in-game spelling (although perhaps a note on each page pointing out the potential "error" on Turbine's part might be appropriate if/when anyone gets around to that. As this is now the case (the pieces being named '____ of Dúngon' in game), I'll go ahead and change it. Thankfully, this appears to be the only such set in the wiki, so the only one needing moving. JnK (talk) 07:13, 3 January 2012 (EST)
