Effects

Using this skill applies the  Sudden Defence bubble to the Champion. The potency of the bubble is equivalent to 35% of your maximum Morale.

Trait Interactions

• The set bonus  Good Defence/Strong Offence in The Martial Champion trait tree makes Sudden Defence additionally grant +5% Melee damage.

Tracery Interactions

• Sudden Defence Cooldown & Bubble Magnitude reduces the cooldown of this skill by up to 16.5 seconds and increases the bubble potency of Sudden Defence by up to 22%.
  

Armour Set Interactions

Equipping 2 pieces of the Umbari Armour of Unbreakable Steel armour set acquired from the Depths of Mâkhda Khorbo Raid makes  Sweeping Riposte reduce the active cooldown of this skill by 2 seconds.
Equipping 4 pieces of the Umbari Armour of Unbreakable Steel armour set makes the Sudden Defence bubble reduce incoming damage by 10%.
