Description
This passive skill is granted to you after completing the deeds: Friend to the Men of Dale, Friend to the Elves of Felegoth, or Friend to the Dwarves of Erebor in Eryn Lasgalen and the Dale-lands. Note that the three deeds award one and the same trait - that is, they do not "stack".
