Trait Interactions

The trait Disable in the Ancient Master trait tree increases the stun duration of this skill by up to 2.5 seconds.
Specializing in the Ancient Master trait tree makes this skill consume the Insult to Injury: Lightning effect to deal bonus damage.
The trait Shield of Knowledge in the Ancient Master trait tree makes this skill apply Shield of Knowledge to the Lore-master. Further ranks increase the potency of the effect by up to 4%.
The trait Fierce Lightning in the Master of Nature's Fury trait tree makes this skill have up to a 100% chance to apply Fierce Lightning.
The trait Master of Storms in the Master of Nature's Fury trait tree increases the damage of this skill by up to 25%.

Tracery Interactions

Storm Lore Cooldown reduces the cooldown of this skill by up to 16 seconds.
Lightning Skills Critical Chance & Multiplier increases the critical chance of this skill by up to 11% and the critical damage by up to 27.5%.

Armour Set Interactions

Equipping 2 pieces of the Umbari Armour of the Sudden Squall armour set acquired from the Depths of Mâkhda Khorbo Raid increases the damage of Fierce Lightning by 20%.

Tactical Information

Storm Lore is a weak damaging skill with a long cooldown. The strength of this skill lies in the small AoE stun it causes and the fact that it has no induction. It can also be used to interrupt enemies if you are close enough. Like all tactical skills, it can be resisted and will not interrupt if this happens.
